Rights under item 1 may be exercised by a legal representative or an authorized agent on behalf of the data subject. In such cases, a power-of-attorney form as prescribed in Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.

The company will promptly destroy personal information when it is no longer necessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of its processing purpose.

  • 1) Destruction Procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay once its processing purpose is achieved. In exceptional cases, it may be stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies before being destroyed. Such personal information will not be used for any purposes other than retention, except as required by law.
  • 2) Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that render the record irrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
